Reference Number 0000286244 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/04 04:00:00 PM MST Bid Intent Deadline 2025/02/03 04:00:00 PM MST Pricing Lump sum To provide a maintenance, testing, inspection service program for Whitehorse General Hospital Elevators 1, 2, and 3 as well as on demand repair service and 24 hour emergency call out services. All maintenance must be completed in accordance with the most current edition of CAN/CSA – B44:19 Safety Code for Elevators. All maintenance will also meet the manufacturers specifications and design. To provide a maintenance, testing, inspection service program for Whitehorse General Hospital Elevators 1, 2, and 3 as well as on demand repair service and 24 hour emergency call out services. All maintenance must be completed in accordance with the most current edition of CAN/CSA-B44:19 Safety Code for Elevators. All maintenance will also meet the manufacturer's specifications and design. The contractor must provide call-out service to Whitehorse General Hospital when notified. When called upon response time must be within one (1) hour of notification. The Contractor will notify the Facility Manager when maintenance and testing will occur with a minimum of 5 days. notice. The contractor will produce a service report to the Facility Manager quarterly within 7 days of service. Any planned downtime for Whitehorse General Hospital elevators up to three (3) hours must be requested to and approved by The Facility Manager with at least 7 days' notice. Any planned downtime for Whitehorse General Hospital elevators longer than three (3) hours must be must be requested to and approved by The Facility. Manager with at least 21 days' notice. Any unplanned downtime must be reported to The Facility Manager or their proxy immediately.
