The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center requests qualifications from interested CMR teams for a renovation in Doan Hall, located at 410 W 10 th Ave in Columbus, Ohio. This project will renovate rooms 207H, 207G, and 207E that each currently house three separate imaging equipment within approximately 1,000sq' of the current nuclear medicine suite. The existing equipment will be removed by OSU, and this project will renovate to create two Spect-CT scanner rooms with a shared control room between. It is anticipated that mechanical, electrical, structural and other utility upgrades may be required to support the two new Spect-CT scanners. The basis of design for both scanners is Siemens Symbia Pro.Specta. The project will require coordination with the Medical Center's imaging equipment vendor/installer for the new Spect-CT scanner. Full scope and description of work are subject to change. Professional design services are being acquired by the Contracting Authority under a separate contract. The Program of Requirements ("POR") will be developed as a part of this project by the Architect/Engineer ("A/E"). All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority/Owner's policies and procedures.
