Notice is hereby given that the City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing Architectural professional services including but not limited to prepare schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications, cost estimates and construction administration for the completion of the Health Department Building Improvements located at 2600 Cedar Avenue. City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Alteration or modification of the Proposal Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. Responses that do not comply with the requirements of the RFQ may, at the City's sole discretion, be deemed non-responsive. Local participation is encouraged, and the City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, award one or more contracts based on specific tasks, to award a contract to the principal company submitting their statement of qualifications, or to a secondary firm named therein, and to award contract only upon availability of funding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
