Project includes the construction and installation of a new pump station, valves, piping, electrical equipment, and associated appurtenances. The project will also include the recoating of an existing 1,000-gallon pressure tank. ESTIMATED COST: $242,500.00 BID BOND: 5 % PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BONDS: 100 % This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is/are expected to be funded in part by financial assistance from the TWDB. Neither the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the State of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees, are or will be a party to this IFB, RFP, RFQ, or any resulting contract.
