RM of Stanley No. 215 invites tenders for gravel crushing at one location within the RM; Lease L30-1-D2; 30 acres on SW 3-23-8 W2; 10,000 yards Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material to perform the work as specified herein. The work in general shall include: Crush and pile an estimated 10,000 cubic yards of gravel to the specifications stated. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion. The Owner reserves the right to accept a tender other than the lowest tender without stating reasons. By the act of submitting its bid, the Bidder waives any right to contest in any legal proceeding or action the right of the Owner to award the work to whomever it chooses, in its sole and unfettered discretion, and for whatever reasons the Owner deems appropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Owner may consider any other factor besides price and capability to perform the work that it deems in its sole discretion to be relevant to its decision. The RM reserves the right to require a sample of the crushed gravel, at the cost of the RM. The work shall be fully completed on or prior to July 31, 2025, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
