Renovation of an educational facility in Lisle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 106,525-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Lisle Community Unit School District 202 is requesting bids to provide RTU Replacement and Theater Stair Renovations. In general, the project work consists of RTU replacements and associated HVAC work and a metal stair replacement at the performing arts stage at Lisle Junior High School. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, waive any irregularities or informalities. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 Should a Bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from Documents, or should bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event not later than seven (7) days prior to bid due-date, notify Architect who will send a written addendum to all Bidders. Oral conversations will not be binding. Inquiries shall be directed to the Architect's office, Perkins and Will, 410 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 1600, Chicago, Illinois, 60611, Email carl.giometti@perkinswill.com. B. Neither Owner nor Architect will be responsible for oral interpretations. Questions received less than 48 hours before the time set for receipt of bids cannot be answered.
