Construction of the foundation and erection of a 41-ft x 110-ft preengineered metal building to house chemical storage and feed systems, tertiary sludge pumping, and a bathroom. c. Construction of a 150ft x 200-ft asphalt paved geotube sludge dewatering pad. d. Associated site civil, yard piping, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation, and ancillary improvements.
