BID SECURITY No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of Allouez in the amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid as guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification, as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. The sewer lining project is anticipated to be completed by July 18 th , 2025. No work shall begin prior to the lining of the sanitary sewer. Once the work begins all work must be completed in 25 working days. Gwynn St. - Clay St. to Libal St.: Under separate contract the Village will be lining the Gwynn Street sanitary sewer. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by an addendum duly issued. A copy of such addendum must be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such contract documents and to such other prospective bidders as have requested that they be furnished with a copy of such addendum.
