NYS OPWDD-Long Island DDSO intends to procure erosion control site repairs (per the attached scope of work) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Vendor is responsible to verify all measurements and quantities. Work is to be completed within 14 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Site must be cleaned, and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of (Site work), before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. All work to meet the AHJ Codes and regulations. 2. Vendor is responsible to mark out all utilities. 3. Remove all debris and other obstacles in the way of installations. 4. Supply and install all listed items as per plans. 5. Equivalent substitutions of materials may be allowed with prior approval of OPWDD's Architect or Engineer. 6. OPWDD is the AHJ for the site. 7. Sketches and or construction documents maybe provide and are to be followed Any vendor questions not asked during the site visit must be submitted in writing to: Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov (within two business days of the site visit: February 17, 2025).
