The BRAINTREE HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Electrical Upgrades 705-1B, 705-1C & 705-2B at State Aided Development: 285 Quincy Avenue (705-2B) 285 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184 16 Bellevue Road (705-1C) 16 Bellevue Road, Braintree, MA 02184 166 Cleveland Avenue (705-1B) 166 Cleveland Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184 in accordance with the documents prepared by ROGUE ENGINEERING & DESIGN. The Project consists of but not limited to: The replacement of the electrical service at two single family homes and one duplex for the Braintree Housing Authority. The replacement of miscellaneous outdated wiring with new. The replacement of select outdated devices. The work is estimated to cost $138,500.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/14/2025 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
