Site work for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Work: Repair +-50 sq ft of worn or lifted surfacing. Add +-350 sq ft of additional track CONICA Conipur (or Owner Approved Equal) athletic surfacing to specified location within the D zone. Sand/level as necessary and retop entire track, D-zones, high jump, long jump, and pole vault runways (+- 48,785 sq ft) with 2 coats of Conica Conipur retop. See CONICA Conipur SP specifications and manufacturer instructions (or Owner Approved Equal). Athletic surface color and striping to match existing.
