Contractors are being prequalified for the Early Release Package #1, which includes the following scope packages: - Demolition & Abatement - Structural Concrete - Structural Steel - AHU Procurement - Switchgear & Transformer Procurement - Elevator and General Trades: Carpentry. As of December 2, 2025, submissions for prequalification are due on December 16, 2025. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* WSSU seeking qualifications for the Commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and building envelope for the Hauser Hall renovation and expansion. Please contact Sam Loso at lososr@wssu.edu for a more expansive RFQ. Project Budget $17,500,000 In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
