Renovation of an educational facility in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fleming College is seeking proposals from experienced Contractors interested in providing General Contracting construction services at the Sutherland and Frost campuses in Peterborough and Lindsay, Ontario. The intent of this project is to install Code Blue CB2-E refuge stations supplied by the College to upgrade the existing refuge button system to a modern IP-based system. There are ten (10) locations at the Sutherland campus and eleven (11) locations at the Frost campus. These locations are identified in "Supplement A - Refuge Button Locations". Each station will provide two-way audio connection to security/emergency staff at master cabinet stations via a VoIP phone contained in the refuge station and a local visual and audible alert when activated. Each station will be powered over ethernet. The new system will need a 60-month service subscription, configuration, and testing of the Code Blue Nebula Cloud Service and all its parts, to ensure a seamless transition.
