In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, 6" pavement spot repairs consisting of the removal and replacement of approximately 75,300 SF on specified streets, a 3" grind and overlay of 50,700 SF, crack sealing, placing of approximately 1,013,000 SF of micro surfacing, associated striping removal and replacement, refreshing of existing painted street markings, traffic control, and installation of necessary environmental pollution prevention requirements on various streets in the City of Monterey.
