Lancaster Wastewater Treatment Facility Aeration System Renewal The work is to be completed 175 calendar days from the start of construction, but no later than November 30, 2025. Payment of $50.00 (non-refundable) is to be made through the City's Customer Service Area (City Hall) or by contacting (506) 658-4455 (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm). Following payment, tender documents may be obtained from Utilities & Infrastructure Services, 1st floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm). Tender documents will also be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton and Halifax.
