Reference Number 0000374681 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 Renewals Bid Intent Not Available The goal is to design a parking Garage and bus facility acceptable to RTD and complete preparation of construction drawings in timely manner to allow construction to proceed by 3rd or 4th Qtr. 2025 and have the facility fully operational by the end of 2026, aligning with the City's contractual commitments with RTD. This target date is flexible and may be adjusted through mutual consent with RTD, should construction progress warrant such changes. The selected team is expected to work collaboratively with the City and RTD staff to ensure the design meets project goals. Scope of Services: The Project entails planning, design and engineering services related to the preparation of plans for the development of a multi-level parking structure, incorporating a RTD bus facility at ground level. Services are to include: - Preparation and processing of subdivision plat (administrative approval); - Preparation and processing of site development plan; - Preparation of conceptual and schematic Garage designs; and, - Preparation and processing of final construction drawings. The Project is specific to the design of the Garage itself and does not include any adjacent development. However, consultant shall collaborate with City staff to design the Garage, to the best of its ability, in a manner that will support future adjacent development. The City intends on using the approved construction drawings to seek contractor bids to construct the Garage.
