The scope of the Chavis Park Playground Sidewalk Installation project (the Project) involves installing two concrete sidewalks and rebuilding a concrete berm at the playground within John Chavis Memorial Park at 505 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27601, a City of Raleigh public park. The Project Scope is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The scope of the Chavis Park Playground Sidewalk Installation project (the Project) involves installing two concrete sidewalks and rebuilding a concrete berm at the playground within John Chavis Memorial Park at 505 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27601, a City of Raleigh public park. Refer to the Project Plans and Project Manual for completion description of the project scope and limits of work. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract. The installations will be in keeping with the project descriptions and documents provided in the bidding documents for this project. Requirements for pre-bid submittals of an "or-equal" are required within 10 days of the issuance of the Advertisement for Bids. Questions will be received ONLY in written form via email.
