Description

New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

The Town of Nipawin is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a pre-engineered metal building. The structure will be 40 feet wide, 60 feet long, and 16 feet high, installed on screw piles. The successful proponent will be responsible for ensuring the building meets all applicable building codes and standards. The project consists of the following requirements: Building Specifications: Structure: Pre-engineered metal building Dimensions: 40' width x 60' length x 16' height Foundation: Installed on screw piles Exterior Cladding Doors and Windows: Overhead Doors: (2) 20' x 14' doors located on the end walls, each with a minimum of 1 window Commercial Man Door: (1) standard commercial entry door Additional Features: Screw piles to support the structure, including installation Delivery and setup of the building at the designated site (Nipawin Landfill) The Town of Nipawin reserves the right to amend or withdraw this RFP prior to the closing date. The Town of Nipawin reserves the right to: Reject any or all proposals Waive any irregularities Accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town
