Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids submitted. It disclaims all responsibility for costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids and for the fact that written notices or any documents transmitted electronically are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before submitting a bid, that they have obtained all documents relating to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to delete certain parts of the specifications, to waive any of the conditions listed or to award parts of the contract if it deems this appropriate. It also reserves the right not to accept any of the tenders received if, in particular, they prove to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City may disregard any formal defects or minor flaws in the tender.
