Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page 3 Upon request, the apparent low bidder for this project will be required to submit to the SCA/Construction Manager its bid breakdown using a Project Specific Template, within seventy-two (72) hours of the bid opening or when requested. Bidders shall submit a LUMP SUM BID AMOUNT in the form attached as Appendix A to the Construction Contract to complete the project within the "Performance Period" after normal school hours under the conditions specified in the Contract Documents (as defined in the SCA's General Conditions dated October 11, 2022) inclusive of the Phasing Exhibit. These projects are located at the following Sites: o PS 198 / PS 77 (M) - 1700 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10128. o PS 152 (M) - 93 Nagle Avenue, New York, NY 10040 . In connection with its Bid, the Contractor provided an appropriate bid bond/certified check, in the amount of five (5%) percent of its Bid Amount. B. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Construction Performance Bond on the form attached hereto as Appendix D. C. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Labor & Materials Payment Bond on the form attached hereto as Appendix E
