Site work for a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Range: $1000001-$3,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance Period: 365 Continuous Calendar Days The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 395 continuous calendar days from NTP date Liquidated Damages: One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. (Appendix A). WICKS TRADE WORK A "Wicks" subcontractor is defined as a subcontractor performing construction work in the HVAC, Plumbing & Gas Fitting or Electrical Trades and (except for HVAC) licensed to do business in the CITY OF NEW YORK in that trade. The SCA has determined that: 1) the value of each of the "Wicks" trades under the solicitation is less than $10,000 or; 2) there is no "Wicks" trade work under this solicitation. Therefore, the bidder is not required to complete and submit with its bid the "Wicks" Subcontractor Request Form (Appendix G) All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed to rfisca@nycsca.org, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled. The Contractor agrees to pay for the cost of any investigation conducted by or on behalf of the SCA which discovers a failure to pay prevailing wages by the Contractor or its subcontractor(s). The Contractor also agrees, that should it fail or refuse to pay for any such investigation, the SCA is hereby authorized to deduct from the Contractor's account an amount equal to the cost of such investigation. X. Daily Signature Log Requirements Each day, the Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall complete the SCA's Daily Signature Log (included as part of Appendix M attached hereto) for all their hourly employees performing work on the Project. In addition, the Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall insure that all employees listed on the daily log verify the information on the log applicable to them by signing on the appropriate line. The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall convey the Daily Signature Log originals to the SCA's authorized field representative at a frequency acceptable to that representative. However, the Contractor's and its subcontractors', if any, log submissions must be current before the SCA will process the Contractor's Requests for Contract Progress Payments for any particular period. XI. Bond Requirements A. In connection with its Bid, the Contractor provided an appropriate bid bond/certified check, in the amount of five (5%) percent of its Bid Amount. B. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Construction Performance Bond on the form attached hereto as Appendix D. C. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Labor & Materials Payment Bond on the form attached hereto as Appendix E.
