GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS GENERAL INFORMATION: INTENTION: It is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District to receive proposals from interested vendors to provide SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM REPAIR ONLY. CONTRACT SERVICE PERIOD: This is a term contract beginning 4/1/2025 or soon thereafter and ending 3/31/2026. RENEWAL CLAUSE: This contract may be renewed for an additional one (1) year TERM CONTRACT PERIOD(S) if the vendor and the Edinburg CISD agree and no increases in cost are incurred except for the growth of the district. EEOC NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT: It is the policy of Edinburg CISD not to discriminate on the basis of sex, age, handicap, religion, race, color, or national origin in its educational programs. PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payments will be made on the District's regular payment schedule. TERMS: Net 30 unless otherwise noted as an exception. DELIVERY INFORMATION: The successful bidders will be given a reasonable length of time for delivery, however, purchase orders over thirty (30) days old are considered unreasonable. The Edinburg CISD reserves the right to review the bidder's delivery performance and to re-award to the next lowest vendor, if delivery is unsatisfactory. ADDENDUMS: Vendor's submitting through the online bidding system will be notified through email automatically of any and all addendums for this proposal. It will be the vendor's responsibility to check the Purchasing Website for any addendums or additional information if submitting proposals manually.
