Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment, in accordance with the contract documents, as necessary to complete the removal, pulverization, and disposal (of remaining portion) of the approximately 8 to 9- 1/2 inch thick asphalt concrete pavement that was installed as part of the Pavement Repairs at Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal Berths 10-7 and 10-8.
