Professional Engineering Services to Complete Water & Wastewater Master Plans and Pollution Prevention & Control Plan Utilities Kingston respects the value of professional services and seeks to ensure that assignments are awarded to proponents who share and enhance our corporate values. Through a Qualifications Based Selection process Utilities Kingston retains highly qualified firms whose work plan and financial proposal provide the highest value for rate payers. Utilities Kingston is seeking professional consulting services to complete the Water & Wastewater Master Plans and the Pollution Prevention & Control Plan. The objectives of this assignment are generally to: Execute the project as a Municipal Class EA Study. Coordinate the Plans with the Official Plan (OP) Project (City of Kingston) Develop growth scenarios based on the OP Project and Growth Projections Develop the operational plan for the interconnected water distribution system. Consider climate change and sustainability during analysis and recommendations. Create a new water model and utilize it and an existing wastewater model in AquaTwin software to evaluate the water and wastewater system and to develop solutions.
