Site work for a water / sewer project in Leland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
*Documents from previous bid will be reused for rebid.* The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of vegetative debris cleanup (snag and drag) and haul off within a section of Jackeys Creek, in the Town limits. The area totals approximately 8,863 linear feet. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted to the Project Manager by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, by email. Instructions to Bidders. Additional information with regard to the project, including required insurance and other, is included in the Bid Package. All bids are to be valid for 120 days from the bid date. The Town of Leland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
