The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for automatic gate repair and maintenance services for multiple City of Arlington (COA) facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance, addressing any necessary repairs, and managing gate replacements as required. All services provided must adhere to the detailed provisions, standards, and specifications outlined in the RFP. The goal is to ensure that the gates remain in optimal working condition, are safe for use, and comply with applicable regulations, thus minimizing downtime and maintaining the security and functionality of COA facilities. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that any required work aligns with the specifications set forth in the RFP and meet industry standards. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted.
