The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Consultants/Contractors to provide proposals from Firms to fully fund, design, install, operate, maintain, market, and potentially remove EVCS, on publicly owned property for public use. This work will also include determining and assisting the City of Fort Myers in identifying ideal city-owned site locations for the EVCS installations. Question Submission Deadline: February 18, 2025, 2:00pm Contract Terms: The city intends to award a contract for a period of 10 years, with a base period of seven years and three one-year options. The contract may be extended by mutual consent for additional one-year periods. The City, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all, or parts of any and all proposals, to readvertise this solicitation, postpone or cancel, at any time, this solicitation process, or to waive minor irregularities and informalities in this solicitation or in the proposals received as a result of this solicitation.
