The Fall River Housing Authority hereby solicits sealed bids for one (1) year on-call contracts for On-Call Flooring Repair Services and Concrete/Asphalt Repair Services. The solicitation package contains Federal Davis Bacon Wage Schedules. The FRHA intends to award one-year contracts for each advertised trade. Work will be offered to the successful contractors on an as needed basis. The FRHA reserves the right to award multiple contracts for a single trade. Or one contract to the lowest bidder. No work is guaranteed as these are considered indefinite quantity contracts. The Flooring Repair contract (s) is estimated to have a minimum value of $10,000 and a maximum estimated amount of $125,000. The Asphalt/Concrete Repair contract (s) is estimated to have a minimum value of $10,000 and a maximum estimated amount of $125,000. All bidders should identify their specific trade/specialty on the face of the sealed envelope in which their price offers are submitted and on their respective Bid Forms. The Fall River Housing Authority reserves the right to reject all bids when doing so is in the best interest of the FRHA. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
