Mowing will be required on a 10 day cycle during mowing and weed eating season, however Greene County reserves the right to alter this schedule depending on weather or budgetary conditions, performance evaluation of contractor and/or other such factors as may influence the project. If additional sites are added during the term of the contract, the contractor will be asked to quote on the additional property(s). Greene County has the right to accept or reject the quote. Greene County may also remove sites or reduce the mowing site area of the contract. If a site is reduced or removed from the contract, the invoiced amount will be reduced by an amount mutually agreed upon by the parties of the contract. Contract Period 04/01/2025 to 10/31/2025 TERM OF AGREEMENT. The term of this agreement shall be one (1) year. Beginning April 1, 2025 through October, 2025, extended additional two (2) years in one-year increments upon agreement of both parties. SCOPE. It is the intention of these specifications that the contractor hereunder shall furnish Greene County with mowing, trimming, weed eating and spraying for weed control services covered by this agreement which Greene County may require during the period of time specified. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation. Greene County reserves the right to order such services as may be required during the said period, and it also reserves the right not to order any services bid upon by the contractor, if it is found that such services are not required by Greene County during the period covered by this agreement. The requirements listed above are intended as an aid for the contractor to familiarize, then with what could be required to execute the work of the contract.
