BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is currently seeking a qualified Cost Consultant (the "Cost Consultant") to provide construction cost consulting services on behalf of the Region in the form of preparing regular cost estimates and cost reporting services during the construction phase of the project as well as life cycle costing analysis of all building systems in order to determine best value for money, sustainability, and maintenance during the lifespan of the building.
