Site work for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hope, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
PHR6 Pirate Stadium Track Drainage Repair Bid Specifications: All labor and materials required to complete the PHR6 Track Drainage Repair work must be included in the bid. The drainage issue is located on the SouthEast side of the track at Pirate Stadium, which is located at 201 Pirate Lane, Pleasant Hope. MO 65725. The repair is inclusive of approximately 600 feet of pipe (approximately 220 feet at 18-inch pipe & 380 feet 24-inch pipe) that we project would be laid from the SouthEast corner of the track all around the south side of the track and ending/draining midfield on the west side of the track. Either 5 "catch boxes" or concrete basins should be included along the 600 feet of pipe. Site must be returned to normal grade once the pipe and drainage work is completed. All spoils must be hauled away within 1-week of project completion. The bid should include all rock, concrete, skid steer/excavator work, and any other labor or materials. Construction may begin March 24th. 2025 with completion of work no later than May 2nd. 2025. Pleasant Hope R-VI reserves the right to reject or accept any bid. The company chosen will be notified on the next business day
