Pearson School Board is calling for public tenders to award a lump sum construction contract for the following work: Renovation of bathrooms and replacement of boilers and main electrical entrance at Lasalle Community Comprehensive High School located at 240 9th Avenue, LaSalle, QC H8P 2N8. Work to dismantle and install the electric and gas boilers will begin on 9 June 2025 and should be completed in full by 22 August 2025. Work to renovate the toilets, replace a tank and carry out decontamination work will begin on 23 June 2025 and should be completed in full by 22 August 2025. Work to replace the electrical inlet will begin on 25 June 2026 and should be completed in full by 21 August 2026. However, the School Board reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification received less than 3 working days before the date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
