Questions Due Date: Jan 29th 2025, 12:00 PM CST The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide construction services for the Public Works & Utilities Department. sealed proposals for constructing Water Distribution System to serve Cottonwood Estates Addition tied with Sanitary Sewer Improvements to serve Cottonwood Creek Estates Addition tied with Sanitary Sewer Improvements to serve Cottonwood Creek Estates & Colt Meadows Addition tied with Street Improvements to serve Cottonwood Creek Estates Addition Attention All Bidders: a Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of The Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond is Required Prior to Bid Opening. Bidders Are Advised to Contact the Office of the City Engineer (316-268- 4501) Should They Have Any Questions or Concerns About the Plans, Special or Supplemental Provisions, Minority Status, or the Proper Preparation of the Bid Document. Any questions prior to bid submittal should be directed to Matt Schultze, P.E., Subdivision Engineer, at (316) 268-4235 or mschultze@wichita.gov. THIS IS NOT A STATE/FEDERAL AID CONTRACT.
