The Village of Prairie du Sac (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2025 Public Works Projects Contract 1 2025 The Project includes the following Work: The reconstruction of 1st Street from Lincoln Avenue to Grand Avenue, the reconstruction of the north half of Sauk Prairie Road adjacent to Culver Community Park, and the resurfacing of Village parking lots. Work generally consists of asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete flat work, installation of OWNER provided ductile iron water main, PVC sanitary sewer, concrete storm sewer, grading, traffic control, erosion control, and other miscellaneous items. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Question Deadline Feb 13, 2025 OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
