The University is conducting an RFP for Septic Tank Upgrade - Removal, Supply and Installation. The RFP is to select a supplier as a General Contractor to excavate, supply and install a new septic tank system at The Hart House farm located at 15911 Creditview Road, Caledon L7C 3G9. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. CONTRACT DETAILS Term - One year (1) If bonds are requested in the Procurement Documents or if the Contract Price for the Work is equal to or greater than $500,000.00, the Contractor shall, prior to commencement of the Work provide the University with security in the form of: (i) a performance bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price in the form prescribed by the Construction Act (Ontario) (Form 32); and (ii) a labour and material payment bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price in the form prescribed by the Construction Act (Ontario) (Form 31).
