This project will involve constructing a new granite monument, new lighting, concrete, and brick pavers, and other enhancement features. Builder's Risk/Installation Floater insurance is required. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120, and is admitted by the State of California Liquidated Damages $1,000/Calendar Day *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
