Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: This project includes the replacement of curbs in the Citys right of way that are in need of rehab in various neighborhoods throughout the City. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 02/07/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
