At the time and place noted above, the proposals for the Project will be publicly opened and read. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time has been called on date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The project involves the construction of a new approximately 16,000-square-foot auxiliary gym that includes a wrestling practice room and a weight room.
