Gaston County, NC is requesting sealed bids for Poston Park Maintenance Building Expansion. The project consists of construction and/or installation including demolition, site clearing and grubbing, staking, layout, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer, concrete paving, building expansion, and all ancillary work illustrated in the contract documents. The project will be financed with local funds. Neither OWNER nor ENGINEER will be responsible for copies of the Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than Duncan Parnell.
