Question Deadline 02/17/2025 at 10:00 PM CT The Iowa Department of Transportation DOT is seeking qualified Responder(s) that demonstrate(s) the capabilities, experience, and resources to provide an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven Traffic Monitoring System as defined on the attached RFP Requirements. Responders are to open each Tab of this proposal in site from left to right when submitting responses to ensure all requirements are seen. Response can be a multiple labeled document attachment or a single master document (preferred) as long as the document is electronically searchable and material is clearly labeled in a table of contents. Communication: Until a contract is awarded the sole point of contact for the solicitation is the Purchasing Agent identified in the solicitation. All questions must be directed solely to the purchasing agent listed in the bid opportunity. We encourage Responders to upload all questions on or before the question cut off due date and time. Responses to questions will be communicated out to Responders via site. Contract Award A committee is established for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating proposed responses based on a set of criteria outlined in this RFP. Evaluation criteria will define categories with assigned weighted values to be used as a scoring measure to determine the best overall solution for the Department based on technical expertise and price, including, but not limited to the criteria outlined in this RFP (See attribute #14). The award shall be offered to a firm whose properly submitted compliant response best meets the requirements of the solicitation and receives the highest overall score of the weighted criteria. Contract The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for nine (9) additional renewals in twelve (12) month increments.
