Furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment for the Sheffield Lake Alameda Avenue Watermain and Roadway Rehabilitation Project Phase 2 using various materials in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and guidelines. The estimated cost of all work for this project is: $593,653.50 The project must be completed by August 30, 2025 All contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of this project. Bidders shall submit a list of consultants, sub-consultants, equipment available and all labor shall be paid not less than the Federal Prevailing wage rate as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or Letter of Credit equal to ten percent of the amount bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the form bound in the Project Manual for the full amount of the bid.
