Isaac Elementary School District currently outsources a number of services to third-party firms. The IESD was placed in receivership on January 14th, 2025. The receiver must significantly downsize all expenses. This mean layoffs, reduction of services, and the potential closing of one or more of the eleven occupied school campuses. All outsourced contracts are being rebid which is not a reflection of the current providers. New contracts will reflect the need for austerity. This is scheduled to be awarded and the new contract in place by March 1, 2025. Question Submission Deadline:February 11, 2025, 12:00pm All questions are to be upload to within the OpenGov software at OpenGov. This contract is intended to be effective from award through FY 2029-30, effective upon vendor contract acceptance and the issuance of a Purchase Order. If the service acceptance date is after July 1, the contract term may be reduced to expire with the end of the fiscal year at the discretion of the District. The Parties agree that this contract may be renewed at the initiative and option of the District for up to four (4) additional years in increments of one year or less, not to exceed a total of 120 months. Isaac Elementary School District, #5 will provide a (60) day notice to renew or terminate this contract. Start date is March 1, 2025 and will run through June 30, 2026.
