The Department of Children and Families is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for the DCF Independence Office Building located at 2219 W Laurel Street, Independence, KS 67301. The approximate area to be serviced is 11,023 square feet comprised of 1,150 square feet of tile and 9,873 square feet of carpet. Questions requesting clarification of the Bid Event must be submitted electronically (MS Word) to the Procurement Officer (Event Contact) lily.lundy@ks.gov indicated above prior to close of business on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Period of Contract: Date of Award through March 31, 2030 Bid Guarantee: No monetary bid guarantee required. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or part of a proposal; to waive any informalities or technicalities; clarify any ambiguities in proposals; modify any criteria in this RFP; and unless otherwise specified, to accept any item in a proposal.
