The scope of work for this tender involves the construction of seven new serviced commercial lots as part of Phase 2 of the Nova West Regional Business Park in the District of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The project includes site preparation, grading, installation of water and sanitary sewer services, stormwater management systems, road construction, asphalt paving, and landscaping. Additionally, the work requires compliance with environmental protection measures and adherence to municipal and engineering specifications. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering fully serviced and development-ready commercial lots as per the issued tender documents. All bidders must register with the Municipality at tenders@district.yarmouth.ns.ca with bidders information in order for bids to be accepted. The deadline for registration is 1 week prior to tender closing (end of Day February 13, 2025)
