The total amount of gravel to be Supplied is 10,000 yards of %" 108 Specification 7.2 The gravel Supplied to the Municipality will be stockpiled & removed at a later date agreed upon by Contractor and Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the right to reject the full pile at any time if the Sieve analysis does not meet specifications. The successful bidder shall meet all OH&S safety regulations and certifications and will be required to provide proof of safety certifications upon request. Payment will be made upon completion of this operation and quantities are verified by drone measurement. To be completed by September 30, 2025 The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. bidder may, without prejudice to himself, withdraw his tender at any time up to within two (2) hours of the time specified in Clause 1.1. The tenders received will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of the tender. Council reserves the right to consider tenders with minor omissions provided that the bidder, is successful in the tender awarding, can rectify the omission within five (5) days of the tender being awarded. If the successful bidder refuses or neglects to sign the Contract Agreement within seven (7) days after the notice that the bidder has been successful in procuring the job, the Municipality reserves the right to cancel the tender and award it to the next bidder considered appropriate by the Municipality.
