Reference Number 0000285283 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and delivery of mobile column lifts. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Supply and delivery of mobile column lifts; (b) Provision of training to City of Winnipeg staff to perform the routine maintenance, inspections and minor repairs. Where applicable, the Contractor will be required to provide wrap-up liability insurance in an amount of no less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) inclusive per occurrence. Such policy will be written in the joint names of the City, Contractor, Consultants and all subcontractors and subconsultants and include twelve (12) months completed operations. The Government of Manitoba and their Ministers, officers, employees, and agents shall be added as additional insureds. If applicable the Contractor will be required to provide builders risk insurance (including boiler and machinery insurance, as applicable) providing all risks coverage at full replacement cost, or such lower level of insurance that the City may identify on a case-by-case basis, such as an installation floater.
