Full Service Elevator Maintenance Provide all management, tools, supervision, supplies, parts, equipment, and labour necessary to provide monthly inspections, periodic preventive maintenance, and repairs to maintain the attached listed elevators in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation in accordance with the attached performance work statement and contract terms and conditions. Service Maintenance Contract to begin April 1, 2025. .1 Service Maintenance Contract to end March 31st, 2030 The Owner shall have the right to require the Contractor to furnish a bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract - including the corrections after completion provided for in Article 17 - and the payment of all obligations arising under the contract, in such form as the Consultant may prescribe and with such sureties as he or she may approve.
