Site and Build Exterior Repair / replace missing barb wire fence topper for the transmission dish with existing fence. Provide new 5-ft chain link fence and barb wire fence topper for the transmission dish on hill. Provide new 6" protective bollard with yellow sleeve to replace existing concrete jersey barriers around the fenced equipment area on North side of the building. Repair / replace damaged barb wire fence topper for the fenced equipment area on North side of the building. Install new multi-lens IP Cameras and encoders at locations shown on the plan. Investigate existing security camera systems and replace new as needed. Integrate the surveillance camera systems into the new Genetec platform. Install a new anti-loitering device near the East exit door c/w required power feed. Provide a new pole light on North East side of the site. Supply and install new door contact at the noted doors on plan. Integrate all new devices into the Genetec system. Supply and install new door security seal on the noted doors on plan to deter the use of an under the door hook. Repair/replace the existing electric strike for the Media Archive Door to return it to normal operation. For the Server Room (CER) door, provide a new hydraulic door closer, replace missing hinge, and secure the door louvre with tamper proof screws. Install ANSI function 86 handle set on the noted doors on plan to ensure door is always locked and can be master key operated to open manually. Adjust the fire door doorknob on the noted door on plan to allow door to fully close. Provide a fence and gate at the South stairwell spandrel to prevent it being used as a hiding spot. Electronic Access Control System: Removal of the existing Access Control System. Provide a new Genetec compatible access control panel and accessories. (Refer to Genetec's supported device list on Genetec's website - i.e. Cloud Link, Mercury Board, etc) Reuse the field devices and wiring infrastructure where possible, otherwise, provide new. Connect the new Access Control panel to the UPS power. Coordinate this work with the project manager to ensure proper timing and integration with the ongoing UPS upgrade work. Intrusion Alarm System: Removal of the existing 'CHUBB EDWARDS intrusion alarm system. Provide a new intrusion alarm system that is compatible with the Genetec system. (Refer to Genetec's supported device list on Genetec's website - i.e. Bosch, etc.) Reuse the field devices and wiring infrastructure where possible, otherwise, provide new. Set up a schedule for automatically arming the CBC office alarm during after hour, test all alarm points with the monitoring station to ensure they are operational. Ensure a valid card swipe on the access control card reader will also disarm the intrusion alarm. Integrate the alarm panel into the new Genetec system. Connect the new Intrusion Alarm panel to the UPS power. Coordinate this work with the project manager to ensure proper timing and integration with the ongoing UPS upgrade work. Work shall be coordinated with Genetec and CBC Corporate Security. CCTV Camera System: Contractor to engage Genetec to provide a new SVR-300E Network Video Recorder (NVR) as part of the installation to store recorded footage for at least 30 days. Camera footage access shall only be granted to CBC Replace two (2) existing cameras and provide additional POE IP cameras to integrate into the new Genetec system. Run new CAT 6 cable as required to complete the installation. The new network switch with POE capability to be supplied and installed by CBC IT along with port assignment if needed. Investigate the existing CCTV Camera Systems, which are reportedly split across two separate video management systems, and integrate all existing and new cameras to the Genetec platform. Include in the cost to replace 10 existing cameras on site, if required. Install new IP Camera in the Server Room (CER). 1. E-Bid Bond - 10% of the Contract value excluding taxes. 2. Performance Bond - 50% of the Contract value including taxes. 3. Labor and Material Bond - 50% of the Contract value including taxes.
