Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is to renovate the former Automotive Technology and Welding Technology training areas. The project is to renovate the former Automotive Technology and Welding Technology training areas. The work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Modernization of existing elevator in education building. b. Replacement of existing vertical platform lift in the administration building. c. Rebuilding of vertical platform lift shaft walls. d. New finishes. e. New HVAC equipment. f. New electrical connections to new equipment. g. Replacement of existing roof-top HVAC units including all associated electrical and mechanical connections. h. Provide and install new mechanical platforms on the roof. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies Addendum #1 has been issued as of 8-4-2025.
