GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing, means and methods, supervision necessary to pressure wash, perform corrosion control/repairs, and paint/coat all I-beams, bar joists, purlins, columns, fire suppression pipes, column concrete bases, and bollards under the West Loading Dock of TMT Warehouse #1, located at the Talleyrand Marine Terminal (TMT) in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract, Specifications, and Drawings of this ITB. Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. MC-1931D.
